These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NewLife Global website and any information call, coaching, guidance or community participation offered through it. Please read them carefully. By using this website or booking a call with us, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NewLife Global. “You” refers to any visitor to the website or participant in our community.

2. What NewLife Global is — and what it is not

NewLife Global is a community of independent entrepreneurs offering personal coaching and practical guidance to people who want to develop personally and build an independent business alongside or instead of their current work.

Please understand clearly:

  • We are an independent initiative. We are not the manufacturer or owner of any product range referenced on this site.
  • Where we refer to an association with Forever Living Products, we act as independent distributors. We are not employees, agents or spokespersons of that company, and we are not authorised to make statements on its behalf. Any business you register with that company is governed by its own terms, policies and compensation plan, not by these terms.
  • Joining our community does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and NewLife Global.
  • You would be building your own independent business, at your own risk, using your own judgement.

3. No income guarantee

This is the most important clause on this page.

We do not guarantee any level of income, earnings, or business success.

  • Any figures, testimonials, or examples of results shared on this website or during a call describe the experience of specific individuals. They are not typical, not promised, and not a projection of what you will achieve.
  • Results depend entirely on your own effort, consistency, skill, time invested, market conditions and other factors outside our control.
  • Many people who start an independent business earn little or nothing, and some may lose money.
  • Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any financial commitment.

References on this site to “over 20 years of experience”, “long-term growth” or similar phrases describe our own history and the experience of named individuals. They are not a representation of what any new participant will earn.

4. Free information call

We offer a free, no-obligation information call, typically around 15 minutes.

  • The call is genuinely free and carries no purchase obligation.
  • Booking a call does not commit you to anything. You are free to end the conversation at any point.
  • We ask that you provide accurate contact details so that the call can go ahead.
  • We may need to reschedule a call. If so, we will let you know as soon as possible.
  • If you do not attend a booked call and do not let us know, we may not offer a further slot.
  • We reserve the right to decline or end a call where the conversation is abusive, or where it becomes clear that the opportunity is not suitable.

The purpose of the call is to give you information and answer your questions. It is a conversation, not a sales presentation, and you will not be placed under pressure to decide.

5. Coaching and community participation

Where you go on to receive coaching or take part in our community:

  • Coaching consists of guidance, mentoring, encouragement and the sharing of experience. It is not professional financial advice, legal advice, medical advice, or psychotherapy.
  • You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.
  • We will give our honest opinion based on our experience. You are free to disagree with it and to act differently.
  • Participation is voluntary and either party may end the relationship at any time.
  • We ask that you treat other members of the community with respect. We may remove anyone from the community whose conduct is abusive, dishonest, discriminatory, or damaging to others.

6. Health and wellness products

Where any product referenced on this site or during a conversation relates to health, wellness or nutrition:

  • Such products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Nothing said by us should be understood as medical advice or as a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
  • If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, you should speak to your doctor before using any supplement or wellness product.

By engaging with us, you confirm that:

13. Cancellation and withdrawal rights

Where you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK and enter into a paid contract with us at a distance, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. Where this applies, we will provide you with the required withdrawal instructions and a model withdrawal form before you commit.

The free information call involves no payment and no contract, so no withdrawal right is needed — you may simply decide not to proceed.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Germany shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
